That does look very sweet. Even his pipes are polished. The SV's not bad either.

Quiff, stay away from the stealer, he'll have your eyes out.

Why dont you give Tim a heads up on this one as he's looking for a bike for his mate.

I always find that if your starting price is low (and keep the reserve what you have it at now) then you will get more interest as people think that its a good deal at about £200 and as it goes up, they just increase their bids.

I love the look of your sv. I am not sure whether to buy new or second hand for my first bike...:scratch:. I need to try some out for size first as I am only 5ft 2 :rolleyes: but love the sv fully faired. I am going to try some out tomorrow and see if my feet will touch the ground but if I decided to get a second hand one then would be interested if you haven't already sold it :)

In my opinion, buy a good secondhand bike.

Quiff rode his Sv like a girl so it should be fine for you FIL. However IIRC it's got the dog bones that raise the rear. Reckon he could should have used the ones which would have raised his front.:wink:

Seriously, the height is not a problem and easily rectified.

yea its about a tenner for orig dog bones on .. I changed them myself. could get them and do it for you if you wanted it if it dont sell but its gettin higher to reserve and has 12 watchers..

watch this space.

pete I ride within legal limits (just not with a legal bike- evidently mr welsh copper man)
