Now i'm still youngish and get all the spots still. But whats really buggin me is that I have a cluster of them behind my ears, they seem to get worse after I have had me helmet on. And they itch like a ba$tard
Seems a weird plaice to have normal spots behind ya ear. Does anyone else get it? Tried clearasil on them to clear them and it doesnt work.
Is it just me as a spotty teenager?

Teehee :D I'm old enough now to pretend this never used to happen to me :D
Dunno, personally I always got a rash under my chin from the chin strap. Solution here was to always ride with permanent two day stubble rather than daily shaving. Not sure that solution will work with your lug'oles.
Perhaps, (no sniggering at the back), sanitizing your helmet might help?

Hmmm do you clean / sanitise your lid? You might have an infection from 'orrible bugs that grow sweaty spots. Are they spots or a rash?

Well now you know why your mam tells you to wash behind your ears!
Do you clean your helmet? (not that one, the one you put on your head!)

I am 26 and still get them. I have been on antibiotics for years and they mostly work. I was ousted by my doctor and am not currently with a doctor, so I went to the chemist and the dude recomended this soap and swears buy it apllied in conjunction with a cream, all over the counter stuff, and it work just as good as the anti biotics if not better. One of the reasons why you get zits behind your ears is because, subconciously you scratch there with your hands, I get the same. What ever you do where possible, do not touch your face. Avoid washing your face with soaps and dab your face with a towel. put dettol in your bath if you get zits on your back.
I will get the names of the products when I get home, I recommend thjat you try.
Im 27 and get them around my neck strap every time i have a wet shave (about 2 days after). Does my bloody nut in. Not bad, but enough to be irritating.
I also wash my face after every trip to work/home, esp in summer when you get hot and sweat.

Wash your face at least twice a day (including behind your ears)
wash your hands before touching your face/ears/bodily parts because you can easily spread dirt/germs
Maybe wash your hair every other day if you put hair products in your hair and then put your helmet on?
