I don't think you have been shafted, but, it is an older model.....will be good still. the newer ones just have colour and bit better packaged.

Also why does it say 10-14 days delivery in the terms but Parcelforce 48hr at the top? I reckon this person is not UK based.

Also they may have alot of positives but 38 negative feedback in a month? Thats quite high IMO.

Personally I wouldn't have touched this with a bargepole, but thats just me.

Its 1st gen Ipod. It may, and i say may, not work. They had a major issue withe the hard drives packing up. If it doesnt work, then whack it in the freezer over night. This sometimes re-sets it.

Iphone..pah, Sony X1 is the phone to have :)
