have you dropped a lens, seems all the pics are slightly blured or could it be that the cam is not focusing quickly enough before a priority shutter release?

have you played with having a large f number to compensate with focusing issues

I was trying out a new lens(sigma 120-300mm f2.8 ) and shot all the photo's in RAW. The posted photos were converted straight to jpeg without changing any of the settings. Also, the light was changing all day and I went from shooting at ISO100 to 800 within 30min and then back to 100 30min later...hence the pics are all over the place.

I had trouble with the light too.

Here's a couple of mine........my first time with a Digi SLR, so go steady on the criticism!!!!!!!! But any advice is greatfully received!!! Roll on 10/11 May!!! I've resized these and lost some of the quality unfortunately.
