plug cap question

Are plug caps on the curvy meant to be replaceable? One on my bike does come off but the ht cable looks knackered, and i'm wondering if it's been bodged in the past and needs a new coil and lead/cap

Yes they're replaceable.

Lodge Sparky is waterproof, if you can get them. Ran them on enduro bikes for years.
