maybe Col the guy you bought it off quite fancies you ater he met you and is a cross dresser callin himself mrs wotsit and HE slipped the note in for YOU !!

Maybe the previous owner wrote it for the bike...and the only way to give the note to the bike was to keep it with all the paper work..... :D
