thats who i use for all my chains and sprockets i have always had a very good service from them and ther delivery is very fast aswell!;)
you could get your self a chain of the bay for about ?40 quid tho if your useing b&c it will be more than that be remember you only get what you pay for!
What exactly do I need tho? I have no idea?

Ive just had a Renthal Aluminium rear sprocket and gone to a 15 Renthal front and pleased with it and an Iris Gold X ring chain so far im pleased with it - (yes i know Iris arent ment to be good btw)! But had it on just over 2 weeks and major difference with accleration obviously becuase ive dropped a tooth on the front however ive kept the same on the back!

if your sprockets are still standard then a 525 pitch chain.
