Easiest to make one and powdercoat it, just a bit of alloy plate works a treat.
Jacking up the subframe is easy enough, but are you covering up the bottom mount?
2 options to do it that way, one is cut the mount off, and weld another bit of tubing in, can make this very neat but its obviously permanent.
The other way is to just bolt a spacer into the stock mount, and then bolt that to the subframe. Bit nasty looking that though.

would metal spacers hold the weight of 2 people tho?

The subframes steel tube itself so yeah itd be right.
I'd grind down some alloy bar which'd slot between the legs of the stock subframe, bearing even on the end of the tube, on the other side have a radius on it to match the mounting tabs, with straps either side to bolt on.
Personally I'd cut and weld it, but it's easy for me.

Can't get tail tidys for the Curvys but you can easily get undertrays from many manufacturers and ebay.
