Just joined the forum after buying this at the weekend! Have been thinking about it for a while and after selling my ZZR6 (and via a Honda Blackbird, long story) found this little beauty.

She's a K5 on and 06 plate with only 2400miles on. I had just put the crash bungs on before taking this pic, the tail tidy was on already.

As soon as I have the cash (which could be some time) the can will be changed. Part of the contract of having an SV I think ;)

Always like the SV from when a mate had a curvy 650 a few years back when I lived up in Elgin (hi Jonny if your on here!).

Anyway, hello all. :D

Tho'reet!

Good choice on shape and colour altho its very debatable on here which is the best colour/shape.

Nice bike tho, any upgrades planned? Can is a good start as you already have a tail tidy!

Hello and welcome to the .org

Nice pointy you have there, low mileage as well. A can won't cost the earth, going for about £100 on e-bay, have a look.

Howdy!

Fine looking bike you have there - best shape, but better if it were copper :D

Fuel are pretty good as are CCC (Carbon Can Company). I've got a Viper Stubby, strictly speaking it's not legal :plod: but it sounds nice :smt077

I had a CCC on mine, a fruity sounding can. Cost was about £110 from there ebay shop complete with a sleave to refit the original can should you wish to.

Hmm, both look good, down to personal taste for choice I suppose. I notice on the Fuel they say the budget can baffle has to be drilled out, is that the same on CCC? Or is it replaceable.

The CCC's baffle is held in with a 4mm rivot, drill the lil fella out and hey presto, instant pi$$ your neighbours off :D
