This is not a joke btw.
So, I'm on the way back from town having just attended a job training thing. Driving through my village I noticed a man on the floor in a hi-vis jacket. I think "Oh sh!t!". As we got closer I see that the man is lying on the floor with his hands under his head, hi-vis jacket pulled over him with bike standing up, parked on the road next to him. My mother pulled over and asked if he was okay, he said he was fine but the bike was damaged. The bike looked fine. She asked again, "Are you sure you're okay?" he replied with exactly the same comment as the first time. She asked if he was waiting for someone and he said he didn't know anyone. She asked where he lived and it turned out he didn't live too far from where he was lying. When asked what he was going to do he said he was waiting for someone to come and pick him up. By this time a few cars had stopped and one woman phoned the police. When my father drove past, half an hour or so later, he was still lying there, looking up at the sky with his hands behind his head.
Very very weird.
