I bought this a couple of months ago to with every intention of getting it fitted (second time around). But it's still sat in the box it was delivered in :(

The info from when I bought it is that it's from an 04\05 ZX10R. I don't know how many miles it's done, but it's pretty clean - so not too many.

That's the pic of the shock I bought, complete with linkage.

How does £45 posted sound? Or if your local to Wakefield could arrange to meet up somewhere (Squires etc).

Cheers,
Phil

Received thanks!

I see it is adjustable, do you have information about adjusting it etc?

Thanks, Tom.

Hi Tom,
Glad you got it OK. I havn't a scooby on what settings etc, maybe post up a thread about it - there's plenty of folk on here who have fitted one.

Cheers,
Phil

Set the damping controls the 'mid point' (i.e. not adjusted) then set the static sag (search on sag for extensive coverage) so that the bike rides at the right height for you. This was enough for me, I'm not a good enough rider to say how to twiddle the damping settings.

I bought a Hagon instead :-)

TBH, it's the second ZX10 shock I've bought, and never got around to fitting and the shocks just been in the way.

Need to try one of these hagon shocks, see if they're anything like worth the money!
