Well not long got back from Tenerife and I wanted to say a big thank to Scuba1 who I hooked up with out there. Thanks for the Chinese, twas lovely and sorry for the Reggae Bar experience but it was a must. (and you learnt the barman a thing or two LOL)
Slightly depressing landing in the UK. Cold but sunny :) Planning my return already where Mike is gonna teach me to dive .... he he he
Pics of night out with Scuba1 will be added when I have downloaded them ... trust me guys they are worth waiting for !!!
Sorry Mike I warned you I would post them and you said OK !!!

Nothin like that Mike was a gentleman, I did feel sorry for him, I'd been on a cruise in the day with free flowing beer and was drunk when I got off the boat, then had to go to the pool to say bye to some friends with a few more beers :p ..... so Mike greeted a tipsy Shell :cool:
Anyway just picked my puppy up, I fink he missed me, he knocked me off my feet and ten proceeded to hump me on the driveway ..... such a public act and with his mum too :smt042

Glad you had a good time Shell :D i loved my time out there (was there for 6 weeks a couple of years ago).
Look forward to the photo's :)... i bet your pup missed you!! its a great feeling when you see their faces as if they thought they would never see you again!!!

if you manage to conquer the fear shelly let me know how you did it, diving is one of the things of my list to do before I die but I fear I may die in the attempt

I have the same fears as you and that is after 30 + years of diving. But at the end of the day, its the only way to wear rubber in public without getting arrested.
OOOHHH and the post dive beer is a must as the compressed air that is in them diving cylinders is bone dry and one needs a pint or two just to get rid of the salt water as well.
