I used to come to Aber lots as the ex has a yacht in the marina there, saw the dolpins lots last year !!

They still come in close to the surfers??

I've not seen them get that close to the surfers but then there's usually a fair few people so probably scare the dolphins off a bit :rolleyes:

There's a lot of Abers lol, I forget every place probably uses the shortened 'Aber'

That would be lovely, seals is one of mine, but I shall have to be a fair confident swimmer before that happens lol!

Sharks would be cool too, probably not the more aggressive kind though :p


Glad people like the pics anyway, tis nice to capture them on camera even if theres not much to see. I never tire of watching them, I think I actually spent half an hour taking many pics haha.

Haven't seen any yet this year, but I'm only up the coast from Aber, so shouldn't be long.

Tried to go & see a few today at a nice secluded spot, and got a load of fog & a fine for my troubles.

Impressive coming down the mountains seeing the fog from above though. Thought about stopping to take a pic, but couldn't be bothered, the road was too nice. :)

just got cracking views of a mum and her baby, both breaching together :D So many boats out today, sea is like a lake! They get great view though, dolphins don't mind them at all :)
