Popped round to see some friends this afternoon, got chatting to one of their neighbours who invited me to have a look in:-

Just the pile of tyres are worth about £8k!!!!

Scratch on the SV, home in time to watch the GP re-run, moved the lawn, walked the dog, fell asleep on the sofa...woke up in time for a roast dinner. Life doesn't get much better......

I worked this morning, on call this afternoon, then had a nice visit which i wasn`t expecting... walk on the beach, bit of a snog then picked son up from the train station for his months leave and i`m the best mum in the world tonight cos i bought him a 37" LCD tv and got him sky plus in his bedroom for his 21st which was earlier this week.

Son a happy bunny and me an even happier bunny :cheers:

I went to see Iron Man today. AWESOME movie!

When we got home, my hubby asked me if I wanted to go for a ride, and as much as I wanted to, I had such a bad headache that it was making me dizzy so I passed.

Turns out it was a blessing in disguise that I didn't go. He was right in front of a harley that was hit by a car just behind him, which is where I probably would have been riding.

I hope the guy made it, but from the sound of it, it's not likely. :( Very sad.

I had a local muffler shop bend a new mid-pipe for me. The old one came as mild steel, this one is stainless. I swapped them out....pretty!!:love: And functional I might add.

Today I went to lunch and had a lurvely day :) ..... and due to wet weather I was glad I went for a nice spin in an Audi TT, the car I always wanted but I bought a house instead.

I then sat in the beer garden of a pub in the local forrestry area watching everyone have fun on their bikes wishing I was on one !!

Yesterday I had a proper good run on the Zed at last. First ride on proper twisty roads since busting my hand last July so it felt doubly ace :cool: I feel like a biker again now and I'm lovin' it :D

Saturday i had a wedding to photograph... my first wedding shoot... was as nervous as hell but got some great shots :) so i now have the joy of going through them today and over this week to get them up onto my gallery.

Sunday we had a mad tidy up of the house as my folks were coming over to stay with my little brother Craig.

Yesterday after my folks went home, we went for a nice walk with some friends down by the canal in Guildford through Stoke park and then back to the pub we started from. Dogs had a nice swim in the water, and then decided that all us humans were far too dry and shared their water with us!! Then went back to our friends for a BBQ and Pimms :D
