Well I'm quite pleased!!

I got the SV a little while ago, and it is a bit tatty, and was in need of a service.

I've been getting stuck in and been learning about basic servicing. I got stuck with a seized rear brake caliper, but I'm getting that back from my mechanic this weekend.

I've also got 2 good replacement seat fairing panels, so all I nned now is either my tank respraying, or a quality second hand black tank!! I'm also going to polish the fork bottoms too, after reading about it on here.

This bike is actually gonna look good when I've finished :D:D

So I'm feeling quite positive at the moment.

I think I am going to need a decal kit. Can anyone advise the best place to get one? I imagine they are quite expensive from Suzuki??!!

If you'r a Newcastle dweller, then try A-Z stickers on Westgate Road. They should be able to sort you out with decals and the like.

I think i put a pic on my original intro thread....but you can't really tell how shabby the paint work is unless you are up close!
