Big thanks to all the help from the org. :smt023 Couldn't have done it without your help and advice it's encouraged me to do more to my bike, more than i'd ever have dreamed of when getting the SV. So here it is a good few weekends of hard work and it's complete, my GSXR front end. Everything works including the speedo :D.

Lets just say better than most women!! :o But really, without the Nitron shock it felt good but with it, it's so balanced. It's smooth as a smooth thing, I think if your doing a front end swap a rear shock is a must to get the most out of it..

Yeah i think an aftermarket shock is one of the best editions you can get to a bike, remember the advert power is nothing without control tis very true that.

I bought some clear lenses and painted them from the inside. I cut out the circles out of a sticky back plastic and use the template i made to put them in place then i spared a few coats over them, let it dry, peal off and bobs your uncle, unique light covers.

I managed to get hold of the TL1000s Clipons which are near the same rise as the SV!!!Feels great whilst riding, i think the bikes more comfy now but i suppose the suspenders could be helping with that!!

I used 8 magnets instead of the 4 thats been used before by others. It reads almost spot on bar a few mph over.. I'm not sure why mine needs 8 magnets and others need 4, i suppose it could be to do with the years. I'm not sure many K6's have been butchered yet!!

Oh and my brakes are great now, i'm real pleased the paints holding out great but i'll see how it looks in a few thousand miles time..

Really nice. Would look better without the painted lens covers though (imho, not that you should care :) ).
