As it is bootiful sunny day there are, as there should be :), lots of bikers enjoying the lovely weather and generally making me feel very envious  But I seem to have the bug really bad at the moment and am checking out every single bike that goes past, big or small! :smt120
Today was amusing however, I was admiring a nice motorsickle as it drove past and the chap riding it noticed me looking and gave me a bit of an odd look. Now I can't be 100% sure if it was the kind of look I interpreted it as due to only seeing his eyes  but it got me thinking, how many of you men ride past a lass or a group of and assume they're looking at you as opposed to a genuine interest in your bike? And do you get disappointed if they clearly don't pay you the attention you clearly deserve :smt112 ..... (the single ones among you more so I would assume :p)
P.S. It was a mate of mine who got me thinking this, I said he looked at me funny to which she replied "What was he doing, fluffing up his feathers at you lol" - zoology students you see

I'm stunning, or more to the point I'm behind a dark visor and could be Brad Pitt for all you know:cool:

Now you see, if you never clean your bike you know the answer to this, no one gawps at a bike that's not been cleaned in 12,000 miles, well, not in that way anyway :D

I think most people look at me and think "courier". Thats what you generally associate a bloke on a bike with a topbox and wearing a dayglo with...
I don't have an ego on the bike, thats well and truley pummelled into submission by the billions of people who can ride better than me :D
But maria finds me attractive when I'm riding, she told me so :D
The only time i get positive comments / looks about my bike is kids at traffic lights looking and waving, the odd few tell me i "got a cool mo'erbike mate"

I get alot of poeple looking at me, burble on the over run, lots of student near me (being at uni and all)
But i think that they are just looking to see what is making the noise. Although I would like to believe that it was me, i dont have an ego that permits it! lol I dont think my bikes ever helped me to pull either! Oh well, its a good thing I have it becasue I love riding it rather than possing on it!!
I had an old man *edit - drunk crazy old man* at the lights the other day shouting at me to 'race it' 'race it' and doing the throtle action and attempting to wheelie is imaginary bike, was quite funny.

I must admit, I do think men look attractive on bikes....one in particular of course :smt050 ...but it amuses me that some just readily assume that becoming a biker gives them an 'edge' - whatever that is :p
For the ladies then, do you find yourselves getting a bit hot under the helmet when you see blokes looking at you as you go past? Although obviously eyes will be on the road at ALL times ;)

See, I think i look a bit silly in leathers. And as one of my freinds pointed out, I look like a power ranger. Which is true.
(I dont feel silly though, I feel safe)
My ego also gets trounced upon when Im out with my dad. Even if I leave the topbox at home, everyone will look and comment on his bike rather than mine.
BUT my uncle made positive comments about my SV on the way to brands the toher day, he was quite impressed at the 95 mph I got with the topbox and maria along the M25 / M20 :D

I am just fit as f**k so i alwys have people eye me up! LOL

Sadly I don't think this has ever been a problem for me  ... the only people that ever seem interested in my bike a small boys, who either give me 'throttle hand' or ask me how fast it goes (if I am parking up or summin).
I long for the day actual ladies pay any sort of attention to me/my bike!! :D
I said he looked at me funny
Looked at your funny??? You could probably get him arrested for that :D

You tow a Bull?
Whenever I'm riding through a built up area, I'll look at attractive people as I pass (when safe to do so, obviously).
If they look back, I'll happily nod, wave, thumbs up etc etc etc. It's not that I assume anything, but it's better than quickly looking the other way & looking like a gimp.

Lot's of people gawp at my bike, usually the caption of a picture of their faces would read "I wonder what colour it is underneath" or "what a fking racket"

i find that guys stare more when they see my girly rucksack and realise im female. Luckily I have my helmet on and they wander off with their lustful thoughts of big chested young nympho in leather and dont actually see the real me. like to think ive contributed to young mens sticky sheets lol

And I'm sure they wouldn't be disappointed Kitkat if they saw the real you :p

My bike gets a LOT of admiring looks because it's stunning  Why look at me when there's a nice bike to look at?
See, again, leather kit.....just dosnt do it for me.
Agreed, I've seen very few women who look good in their leathers (not being funny, I don't think blokes look great in them either!). In fact the only notable exception is that model lady in the Dainese adverts :smt110
Back OT, like Blue_ says I tend to get the most reactions from kids in the back of cars etc, or kids when I pull up at lights. Not seen a pretty lady giving me any admiring glances yet :(.
Blue_, are you sure it's the throttle action they're doing? The gestures I get are more like this :toss: !!
