Tried getting a couple of quotes for insurance renewal - mcdirect & express insurance websites weren't working so gave them both a call. The phone operatives said they were having trouble with their internet & internal systems running slowly. A few other websites I use often are running slowly but I just downloaded a 3mb file in about 9 seconds. Bit baffled - DDoS failures spreading across the net maybe? Any tech's know anything about this?

Sorry about that - I must stop stealing everyone's bandwidth for my pron downloads......

Sounds like the Friday, and I can't really be bothered with this syndrome....

Its Hovis spamming the world about Cardif winning the cup of something silly, I would check your service providers status page as its more likely to be a local thing with them then the 'whole' internet going down.

Its ok I have a back up of the internet, anyone want a copy - be warned tho its on a 2.5" floppy disk and not all PC's have the drives any more
