You were on the road at the bottom, no?

You should reply to him to say that had he fallen down the mountain, mum would have been there to pick up the pieces, just like you were when he fell and cut his knee in Year 2;)

No, we didn't go past Snowdon this time round.....and I've lost count of the times I had to stick him back together or get the hospital to do it:D

haha good pic! looks a bit tame ;-) compared to what we were doing a few weeks back....Glyders so not too far away, 3ft of snow, I kid you not :D Couldn't see terribly far in front either...we didn't think we'd need the tennis racquets when we got up there!

he's got jeans on for a start which are useless if it rains. Although if he's got everything waterproof and otherwise in his backpack then he's ok :-D

I took my daughter along there when she was 12. It was on a day with perfect conditions though, and we were geared up correctly;)

ok i dont know where that is but it sure looks a ''wild and lonely place ya understand''. i know nothing about what the right gear would be either(only common sense stuff), so i wouldn't criticise there.
your just like me, on one hand your very concerned :(, and on the other your extremely proud :smt045. cant knock ya girl.

What good will it do hitting his knees.

I've been on that very ridge too. Weather was more kind for us though. You could see where you would end up after you slipped off. Personally, I would have been happier doing it in thick fog.

I know..............I don't like heights either, but it's different when you're walking on the ground, even if there is a big drop either side!
