Had a little run out yesterday, ended up at Oulton Park, watched a few cars on a trackday then through Delemere Forest & back home. Getting into this riding lark again, but can still only manage about 50 miles before the pain sets in :(

Bike looking good there MrC :D Glad to hear you are getting back into the swing of things; I guess with more time in the saddle, you'll be able to spend more time in the saddle...if you get me

:D

Not sure what injuies you have, but most toughen up with use, depended on your thresh hold that is, I can now manage 200 miles a day without the crippling after effects and I wasn't even walking 2 months ago, stick with it it'll come.

Cheers Mark.

Broke my pelvis open at the front, now held together with a metal plate & broke my back in January, I was in the same situation, couldn't walk, still struggling now to walk any distance.
But hey, you gotta laugh or else you would cry :)
