Ok, after my trip to the gravel trap last month, I have been scouring ebay and forums for parts and am almost done :) What was going to be a $5000 repair job if I sourced parts from a dealer (yep, lot of plastics + tank = $$$$$) current total is about $1250 plus I now have a spare set of trackday plastics and spares (though I'm still missing a tank!):

Scratched tank and left clip-on. Clip-on is bent, switchgear is scratched to hell and the locating pin has snapped so it spins around the clip-on. lever housing is bent so clutch adjuster no longer works

This is what happens if you get your fairing wet - it multiplies! I found a guy with a 675 race bike who had a full set of road fairings that he wanted to sell. Also chucked in loads of extras - headlights, stock rearsets, brake levers, gear shifts, indicators - the lot for $500 (about 250 quid ) Very nice guy.

Front subframe. These are fairly prone to cracking in an off, so second hand ones are like hens teeth. Bought this from the states and had it sent over by a nice mod from www.triumph675.net. :D

New alternator cover - only $48 new from the US! bargain. Real pain to change though due to the magnetic pull.

Replacement clip-on. Need a large socket for the top yoke to arrive before I can swap it out. New Pazzo is also on order - totally un-necessary, but I'm a ponce :)

I have a new secondhand swingarm and rear spindle to go on which I got from a breakers for 100 pounds and now I just need to source a tank.

And while I was at it, some upgrades:

-Tuneboy - Has also had a tuneboy remap ( and fault diagnoses) for the Micron. Probably releases ooooooo, maybe half a horsepower but it is quite nice to play with the mapping.
-radguard -bought of ebay for 20 pounds :)
-R&G bar ends, fork sliders and toe guard

and finally, reworked fork internals - ohlins sub-springs, kayaba factory pistons and a revalve + Ohlins rear shock - expensive but super nice:

So, bottom line - still not 100% pretty again, but rides better than ever! If anyone knows of an undamaged graphite 675 tank going for sale then please point me in that direction!

Thanks
Luke

Yep. I'm heading back to the UK in a week for a break, then when I get back, fit the swingarm, some new rubber and straight out on track
