Trying to get a few of the orgers together for a nice v-twin roar.

Will be meeting at Buds Cafe on Lee Mill Industrial Estate at 10 am.

The more the merrier, but Beenz, it's a SLOW ride. Should be a few thousand bikes by the time we reach the final destination on Plymouth Hoe.

Oh, the misses is planning on making me run a BBQ on the sat if anyone's interested, may be able to provide a floor for those travelling from afar, we also have a reasonably big garden for those who wanna camp out!! PM if interested.

Turn into the industrial estate and head down towards the corner. You'll see a Renault garaged called Plymstock Commercials, it's just before it. Should be signed quite well so keep your eye out.

Ahhh, The Plymouth Mega Ride... I remember back before the clone wars with your father Luke...

Sorry lost it a bit there, anyway, I shall not be making it this year sadly.

However if anyone bumps into the ever lovely Helen from Surepass who I believe is one of the organisers, please pass her my love. She will know who I am, I am the girl who broke her hire bike on a DAS course and cried on the instructor! :lol:

My first Mega Ride was in 95 on a ropey Super Dream, lots of fun and you know what I have not done it since. Any of you who are going for the first time will have a real laugh. :smt023

It was great, aparantly over 8000 bikes! We didn't get wet so that was a bonus! Phils super loud exhaust was awsum amongst all the bikes!

There's one pint in particular where the convoy gets stopped at some traffic lights and just before the lights change loads of people red-line their bikes! Awesome (I may have taken part in this ritual too!

No, I'm helping sail a boat up from Plymouth to Newcastle next week so was just scouting it out. The power boats were amazing! I'll upload some photos of it all in a bit :)

Hmm my bike was bouncing off the limiter from marshmills to the hoe, dam those kids holding up the signs "beep, REV it" think it deserves an oil and filter change now

Ha ha, I may have revved mine a little zealously too, though I did it next to a sleeping baby at 1 point and it didn't even stir!!!

Found myself dancing to Status Que whilst sat on the bike waiting to park on the Hoe, amused a few people around me.
