Even if you could bodge it on, the fuel pump on the pointies is inside the tank.

Ah right OK.
What tanks will fit a pointy K3 then? That year ONLY? I know it has a higher subframe if that makes any odds?

As far as I am aware all Pointy tanks will fit, Suzuki won't alter an expensive part like the tank just because of the seat position! Bets to get a tank for the same year, or at least the same colour to make the swap straight forward.

I think they are hit and miss actually. I have heard some who had a good service from them, but I, like others, have not. I've ordered parts before and then heard nothing at all. When calling back I am told they don't have the part and refund my money. :roll:
