Cyclists: Crime & Natural Punishment

At a right turn at lights on my way to work (Cardiff, Newport road into Fitzalen Place). Today I'm second in the queue and lycra clad male cyclist squeezes past me and the car in front and waits to go. The opposing traffic stops and cyclist goes - jumping the lights. He gets across the carriageway and enters the side road, where he promptly T-bones another lycra clad but female cyclist that's without looking ridden across on the pelican crossing. Both end up in a heap in the middle of the road. They get up and ride away, but this has had me chuckling all morning.
