How to completely mess up the aerodynamics of your bike in one easy step :-P

With my Rocketshields canopy, I no longer have to wear a full face helmet that squishes my fat cheeks, fogs up when its too cold or too hot, impairs my peripheral vision and hearing, and makes my head smell like a sweaty sock. I now sport a skateboard style motorcycle skid lid without having to wear sunglasses or goggles.
has he realised a full face lid isn't just to keep the wind out of your face?:rolleyes:
quick will someone let Hovis know,he loves daft ideas

Just buy a BMW C1 you look a lot less STUPID and you get a windscreen wiper.

Ooooh - thanks for saving me the bother of trying to find that BMW monstrosity Mr C - there's one I pass each time I'm in Bedford, never seen it ridden but always parked up next to a chemists...
... I always assumed because you'd need to be on serious medication before you'd submit to using one. ;)

Hideous and pointless! Wind and Rain do come from all directions so the concept of a "roof" fails.
Dear me, what will they think of next..a convertible one that moves up and down at the touch of a button?

I've settled on "interesting". I'd like to see it in a wind tunnel, to see how much the extra drag from the sides counterbalances the potential for less drag at the front and rear. I'd sooner eat my own head than fit one to a bike, but then it's a ZX10R, it was already pretty ugly.

Looks like it would provide protection from the rain if;
You were not in motion
It was falling straight down
You were a small insect clinging to the inside of the top
Would keep the sun off 18% of a man or womans body if;
You only weighed 60 lbs
You had no arms or legs ( they would stick out of course)
It was 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
It won't protect you from the beer cans and bottles the rednecks are bound to throw at you when you present such a "I deserve ridicule" look.:safe:
