Can youi use photobucket or does your firewall not like that either? I know Warthog used that too, he could link to it?
Good pics guys :D Need some of the on track action though :)

The guy bending over (Sorry, don't know anyone's names :p) looks like he's going to be sick into his helmet!

Tis me, and no I wasn't chucking my guts up. Does look like that though :p
Hopefully Tony (FG1) will have some shots of the track. Will also try and get some from the track photographer when they update their website
ooops, don't have any stills of the track. Just took the video to to the track side.

All track stuff will be from Tony and his vids, from Si and Saeed on their onboard vids, and from Mr Trackday photographer when he gets his **** in gear! I have hosted the photos on photobucket, they are there for me so it must be your firewalls.
I need to convert the DVD into DivX or similar to upload it. Any idea's?

Ah er. Not really. Post in the main site, maybe more people can help you there...

BT do not allow any links to file sharing sites.

I am a bit of a whizz at that kinda stuff. I'll send you a few programs that should let you do it. I'll also send you an app that will let you cut the video down so that you can publish parts of the video.
Alternatively if you want me to do it for you I could pick up the DVD or do it for you on your PC when I drop your leathers off.
Jon
PS - when do you need the leathers back? I am on holiday next week and then on business the week after so if you need them in the next 3 weeks I will pop them round before the weekend.
Great pics guys, looks like a right laugh. Look forward to seeing the vid when its out.
...Saeed's, mine, Si's and Tony's bikes...

Rock Solid :D and managed to loose all the chicken strips on both sides, some ace left handers on the circuit. would definatley be a knee down time on track if I did the track again.
I've already decided I want to do it again. That circuit suits the SV to a T. Already had a look at prices. I'll have to keep a sharp eye out for another cheap day. None yet.

I'd be happy to have another bash there were some dates in Sept?

Count me in...
+1
So many corners for such a short track. Brands Indy is quite a good one too for the SV but less corners. Price seems to have shot up for that though.

As I did not get the video I have decided to order the CD with all the photo's including any background ones I will post up when I get the Cd

There are but they are weekend/bank holiday dates which means much more expensive. Also if you choose a weekend or bank holiday the noise restriction is enforced.
There are no future midweek dates as yet. But I think as soon as there is, I'll be booking just as soon as possible.
Uh oh!!
Rockingham Nat Trackday Saturday 1st November 2008 - £75

Might be a tad on the cold side though. Plus it's a Sat so noise restrictions would apply.

What 105dB at Rockingham isn't it? Mine was alright and the Sunday I was there there was a Supermoto you could have heard from the M1....

you're nearly there mate from that pic, just need to get one ar5e cheek off the seat and stick the knee out more towards 90 degrees.
Looks like a good time was had by all! Shame my bike now doesn't really do corners.... otherwise would've been well tempted for the next one!

Course it does. Just not as well as some. Still well worth doing a trackday me thinks.
What bike you got SDMF?
What's this about Thames Valley Factory? Is it the Thames Valley *something* Factory?

If by track your referring to a dragstrip.......
It's brilliant fun in a straight line, but get to the twisty stuff and it's not really that confidence inspiring compared to my old SV:rolleyes:

So I may have a chance keeping up with you in the twisties now then James?! :-)
You thinking of changing the Bandit?
So I may have a chance keeping up with you in the twisties now then James?! :-)
You thinking of changing the Bandit?
Haha! Yeah only untill I blast past you again on the straight!
No, not thinking of changing it- brings a big grin to my face each time I twist the throttle!
If I spend some time sorting out the forks- springs oil etc and the rear shock it should be a lot better. Somepoint I'll get round to doing it.
Though at the end of the day, it's still a fair sized lump to throw around!
