I am selling my blue 2004 Suzuki SV650s K4 motorbike...

It has done 5328 miles and comes complete with full Suzuki service history. It had a full service 750miles ago.

MOT - Jan 09
Tax - Dec 08

The bike is standard except for:
Factory fitted, genuine full fairings,
FUEL road legal exhaust can,
Evotech tail tidy
Genuine SV 'double-bubble-type' front screen.

It is simply in showroom condition! It has been garaged all its life, but has seen a few wet roads. Always cleaned and oiled after a ride.

Reason for sale: Not getting enough use out of it now I've moved to Birmingham.

The V5 is currently with the DVLA while my number plate is going into retention, therefore this will not be for sale for another week or so. I will get some more recent pictures this weekend.

£2850

The bike is still for sale. My personal number plate has now been removed from the bike and have had all documents except the V5 back from DVLA. This comes through seperately, but should arrive soon!

Will update this post when it does arrive.

I will now be away until Friday 18th July (Spain).
Hopefully the V5 will have arrived by then. In the meantime, here are some more recent photos (taken today)

Just a quick update...

I came back from my holiday hoping that the V5 would have arrived while I was away, but alas not. I've just rung DVLA who claim it was sent 10days ago. They are sending out another one today. According to the nice man at DVLA it should take no more than 3working days.

excuse me for butting in but i'd be scared if someone robbed my V5 can't they clone the bike with it as they can get new plate printed?

Comment completely justified...
However it turns out it did arrive while I was away on holiday; my dippy housemate for the first time in his life had filed all my new mail away without telling me. So I do have the V5 now, but having ordered a replacement today, the one I have now is invalid... So it still stands where I'll receive the proper, good-to-go document in a few days when the bike can be sold!

I appreciate this all sounds very dodgy, but I swear it is anything but! For anyone that has had a cherished number plate, they'll appreciate the heartake...

No problem, just don't want you to see someone riding a bike with your number plate on knowing it's not the person you sold it to. Good luck.

It does NOT have either an alarm or immobiliser but it does have Alpha-dot security.

nice one. She will be gutted. We were planning to come up this weekend, as there is another bike she wants to look up there.

But I got T boned on friday night, my bike is a write off and my balls (after colliding with the tank) are like melons..... so a road trip to Brum wouldnt have been very pleasant !! lol

Sorry chap, was a shame you didn't get a chance to come up last weekend; it's autotraders fault - 12hours of being listed on the site and the wee beesty was sold.

Also sorry to hear you were t-boned. Hope no one was seriously hurt and the less said about your balls the better?!

Good luck with your SV search!
