View Full Version : I got a letter from the government the other day...
I opened, and read it, and said they was suckers...
Ahem...
Actually it said that regarding an incident in which I may or may not have punched someones mirror to pieces while filtering, they were taking no further action!
WooHoo! I got away with it (if I did it in the first place) (Which I'm not saying I did or anything) (In fact I definitely didn't) (Didn't what?) (I can't remember)
Ahem
Sorry.
WooHoo!

You lucky sod lol. But fair play......the driver must of done something well bad to make someone do the thing that you said that you didn't do.
See, this is why cyclists should have number plates.
Bet it was one of them that did... erm... what was it again?

You're not a fugitive on the run then? :) Congratulations on getting away with this reprehensible and terrible criminal action which, of course, you did not do!

Hey watch it you...
Some of us cyclists take great offence at the idea that we are all S**tbags!
I for one never ride the wrong way up one way streets, jump traffic lights or ride dangerously and it is for this reason I have never been ran over in the twenty years I have had a push bike.
Mind you I have put myself in hospital on more than one occasion after crashing my mountain bike while racing or jumping big things. You see, girls can ride hard too and get covered in mud which hospitals just love! Mind you nothing like a bed bath from a young blonde Nurse... Trust me. :smt112

Following Amarko5 into Windermere on Friday. Someone sees us filtering up the outside and swings to the right to stop us by getting in close to a traffic island.
Mark simply stops, leans over and turns in his mirror. The guy blocking swings back to the left. Sometimes politely giving the hint is better than confirming their misconceptions that motorcyclist are nothing more than anti social hooligans.
Unless of course he had driven in London, and knew how expensive it was to replace a mirror if he P'eed off a biker prepared to touch his precious mirrors.

Better course of action I think. I'd push them forward though as this is more inconvenient.
