My SV650SX keeps cutting out

I got my 1st SV but im having some problems with it. it starts fine but when i go to rev it cuts out. if i hold it on the choke it runs as it should. ive changed both spark plugs on it and dont know what to do.
please help :confused:

Clean the carbs out, they've probably got water in them or a blocked jet

Yeap, a blocked jet would be the first thing to look for!
