need help building a website - willing to pay

i want something professional looking. then i will need teaching how to update maintain.

dont want to pay a big company to do it, i would like a brain and skill form the org to help me out.

Suggest you look at Content Management Systems etc. Websites are boring/out of date unless easy to update and full of static content.
