......... I have had one of those weeks, few issues from past have come to the forefront of my mind and tonight I have had to deal with a family member who I thought didn't care made contact, been horrid day in all and my emotions been all over the place.

This made me cry cause I was sent it when I split with my soul mate in Nov last year and I've stumbled across tonight :(

Aww cheers guys. I am still tearful today but after a long heart to heart with a very good mate last night I have, I think, worked out what is getting to me, now all I gotta do is work out how to get past it. :cry:

So I may be a bit quiet over next week or so while I sort my head out, so if my posts are a bit sparse / blunt I apologise but be WARNED .... I'll be back to normal soon.

ive finally plucked up the courage and have booked in to get my exes name that i had done as a tattoo covered up, and now and then i DO get a lil pang of hurt BUT i know it was all for the best and im sooo much happier now-esp as i have a very patient and understand Mr treacle to lean on :)
You wouldnt be human if you didnt get abit down now and again about whats gone on, me and you went through alot in a short space of time and almost at the same time-trust me-it WILL get easier :)

course i do huni, like i said we went through it all at near enough the same time, you cant just wipe away memories/feelings-as much as youd like to!!! i now see it as certain events happened as they were meant to happen and i honestly wouldnt change a thing if i could go back and do so :D

pmsl, you wont notice any diffrence, matt snores and generally doesnt do alot ;) (im joking treacle!!! LOL), its cause they are both blokes lol (its obvs a bloke "thing") hehehe

Oh and on another point,please dont THINK you NEED a bloke...i did that after my ex and it didnt work out and just caused more hurt hassle for me and person involved...just enjoy life and go with the flow....me and treacle met neither of us were looking/wanting a realtionship...we just met up as mates when he took me for my test ride on the daytona and it slowly evolved from there, if he get bored/lonely-take sam for walk, put on some happy music, phone a friend, eat chocolate and remember that you have people who care for you alot and things do improve.. :)

Awww bless. Thing is with me I try to be the :jocolor: and hide things. Yes I have made some great mates on the org, the whole site is like one big family.

You are right about settling for second best but I think I lost "the best" thing last year, need to move on now :smt102

I agree with scooby and Paws. Value yourself highly and don't settle for second best. If your ex was 'the one', he wouldn't have disappointed you as much as it sounds he did.

Chances are, he's moved on with his life, so if nothing else will, let that spur you on to get on with your life too. Easier said than done. I know.:(
