Ordered a new rear tyre & brake pads from Busters, to be delivered to my work, even e-mailed them after the order to confirm delivery address,
The buggers delivered them to home today:smt013
The wife works at home:(

So confessed to other offences to taken into account, iridium visor sometime this week.

The tyres and brakes are pretty integral parts of the bike, surely you could say you needed them and not 'fessed up about the rest :P

On another note, Carol and I spent last night discussing repairing her old bike, a lovely old Kwaka GTR 1000. The bike was worth £1000 when she bought it and it needs a few new parts and a lot of polishing. All at a cost of about £1500... :-$

The thing is, she loves the old monster and it is in a very pretty Cherry Red :???:

I dont trust Buster one iota

We had the discussion on here that Busters and M&P are one and the same. The final outcome was that they are not.

I rang Busters to check on the size of a new jacket,

"Yes, they had one is stock",

"Good I'll come over to try it on", I reply

When I get there I'm told they dont stock it, I show them the printout from thier website.

"Oh it's mail order - we can can get one in a couple of days it'll be in our warehouse"

"No its ok, I'll go the the warehouse - its the place next to Arthur Llewelin Jenkins in Gorseinon, isn't it?"

"Yes"

The Tyre they sent had M&P stickers all over it

i think i once heard that one of them started doing really well. then the guy that made that happen left and went to join the other or summat... or bought them. cant really remember but the general feeling is that they are same...
