think the start price is very reasonable-remember reasonable is whatever the buyer is willing to pay

Actually, brand new reg/rec units retail at around £80. Makes the starting price even more of a bargain ;) Anyway, you don't have to buy it!

But its not a brand new Suzuki rectifier unit.

This is similer to saying some brand new Michelin tyres cost £110 but i will sell you my used nangkangs for £100.

If you don't want it, stop moaning about it! The starting bid is set at a reasonable auction price, the buy it now price is set for someone who is not prepared to wait for the auction to end.

i got quoted about 60 quid from a breakers, 90 quid from suzuki.

start price is cheap, buy it now price is also fair IMO

Hi, I'm interested in bidding for the headlight unit but as I'm doing a euro to uk spec conversion I need the headlamp unit wiring loom as well (reasonably short Y shaped loom splitting the main loom to each individual headlight). Would this be included in the headlamp price or would it be extra? If so how much?
