Well where to begin ?
I start each day with the agony of a knee that locks solid and requires a hour of pain or so to get moving, just getting about is an exercise once again in pain management, twice a week I torture myself at the physio to try to get some more use out of the bloody thing.
Constantly get frustrated at not being able to do the things I used to, even the simple things like carrying a couple of cups of coffee downstairs.
Had a friend died just before the AR and his furneral the morning after I returned.
caught my foot on a tool box and took the skin off just above the big toe this morning
Returned to work a little while back and have just finished the graduated return thing, waiting to get off the mundain stuff and back to some real work and update my skills after the best part of two years away sick and now found out I'm on 90 days notice from work.
Just not my day I suppose :smt102

Man, life's throwing some stuff at you lately.:(
however, looking on the bright side (and I'm sure there is one), sometimes these are the best things that happen to us - they make us think about what we really want or make the changes we've been putting off.
so pick the winning numbers and maybe you'll never have to work again ;)

I'm sorry to hear of your unfotunate news Mark about Family and Friends and also the Job Front, AS Debs said maybe it's n opportunity to do what you want to do on the Job front. As for the rest somewhere there is an answer which will eventually make itself known. But know that you are surronded by Friends who don't wish you to go through any anghuish on your own.
Oh man. :( What can I say...
... just you know how to get in touch if you need to.
Err... nope... can't think of anything... sorry... Condolences?
