I don't think theres software to do it, so I reckon I need to contact Vodafone?

Nice. I was wondering if the information was available on the internet, rather than contacting my local stani shop?

I have a list as long as your arm for Blackberry unlocking codes.

Jeez - how many times eh...
... just hit it with a hammer (non-specific, anything with a bit of weight behind it will do) and you'll unlock it so you can get to all the little magic bits inside! :twisted:
When did you get the phone? Vodafone phones should pretty much all come as unlocked as standard as long as they got the phone in stock after March '08 (It's possible to get a phone from before then, though, if it's been in a warehouse for a while).
If you got it fairly recently, just call into Vodafone and ask for an unlock code...if your contract is over £30/mo, most agents at Warrington (where I work) will give them out free. If not, there's a £25 charge, but it depends on who you speak to ;)
