Yep, had them on my curvy, then when I sold that I put them on my pointy. Can't imagine having standard levers on there again. Especially worth the money if you've got smaller hands.
Highly recommended!;)

Definitely very nice, but also very expensive. I'm afraid being a cheapskate, and also knowing full well that as a competition bike my SV was going to hit the ground sooner or later I went for the alternative option. I cut the end balls off with a hacksaw, then cut about two inches off the levers, then got a local engineering firm to weld the balls back on. Total cost - £10. After I had run a file and piece of emery cloth around the welds you would be hard pushed to tell they're not original....

I really like mine... Yes, they're stupidly expensive but levers are one of those parts that can really trick the brain, because you're in contact with them so much, so a nice feeling lever gives a bit of a feel of quality to the whole bike IMO. Flappy levers would make an MV feel cheap.
They're a bit of an odd size... With the clutch, I get 2 fingers on the lever but the third sits on the ball, which is a fairly odd posture. You get used to it but it's strange at first.
Oh yeah... SV ones cost a mint, so I got a GSXR one, and bought a suitable clutch mount for it (which came with a lever)- the whole lot cost £30.

As Northy said quality feel makes all the difference. Love mine!
On a side note, my bike got knocked over and landed on its side..(stupid co-workers!!!) Landed on the bar end and shorty lever, and snapped the gear shifter. with the stock levers I am almost sure they would have broke. It hit hard enough to slide the clutch perch in on the handlebar. Only a small scratch on my Pazzo lever! I think that makes them worth the extra money!

I have Pazzo's on my Daytona but have have a long clutch lever and a short brake lever - perfect combo! You can buy the kits like this if you prefer as I found the short clutch lever just annoying for the reason you describe above
got pazzos on my daytona swell as i struggled reaching the lebvers, they are the long ones but deffo worrth having

What is the cheapest that these can be bought for? I've recently bought a tatty cbr929rr and the levers look like they've come straight from the '70s. I'm on a budget but would like to tidy up my cockpit.
i got Pazzo short levers on my GSX1400K8 & i really like the feel of em , i will eventually put a set on my SV650K8 ..
