Fuel consumption

I have a SV650 x-plated with a restrictor kit fitted
Will this affect the fuel consumption of the bike?

It's a brand new K8 and I commute 90-100 miles each day....solid yellow light to solid yellow light.

Depends how you ride it, short trips, ragging the thing etc all eat fuel. Gear changes and speed don't affect it as much as how often the throttle is open.
