Yes that happens to me too :rolleyes: and it even happens on the forum :confused:. I find Facebook is really slow and tends to lock up all the time then you get the not responding displayed and you think :compcrash: ;) esp if you have written someone a message and it all disappears :?

The facebook image (any email is embedded in the image, not text) is just generated from the cookies in your browser and isn't really a spam risk.

Other folk who have quoted my original post may choose to edit it to delete the image. I never imagined people would get upset as I thought it was fairly obvious that it was not targeted at any one individual.

For the curious, the link showed your facebook picture and email as an image using the cookies in your browser. Therefore, everybody sees their own image, and not anybody else's. Nobody can harvest email addresses, as your facebook data is only shown to you.
