Hard or soft? I got Oxford Sports panniers which are soft luggage. They fit well, and appear to be high quality. I believe they are universal fit.
Cost me about £80 on offer a while back, if I recall correctly. Possibly from Infinitys website.

Took them over to Ireland a little while back, along with a tailpack, and they were great. We had torrential rain, and they only leaked a little bit, even without the plastic covers on.

even without the plastic covers on.

Which are not very good anyway... I'd second the Oxford recommendation, good bit of kit. Just wrap your clothes / stuff inside bin bags before you put it in there as waterproof the panniers arent !!!

I have a set of the Oxford " Performance" panniers which go on easily enough and are expandable as well. They are a little more expensive than Sport.
