sv400 manual

anyone know where i can get hold of one? all i can find are 650/1000 manuals, also i don`t know what year the engine is, all i have is an engine number, iirc i took it out of a curvey and i`m sure the bike was a fair few years old. cheers for any help :)

650 manual will cover everything but some engine internals.it is same bike.

cheers guys, thought as much but what about the year, did they put Fi on the 400`s? and if not, what year did they put it on the 650`s?

I don't think they ever made FI 400.they are all like 1st gen650.
650 got FI in 03.

cheers mate. i`ll grab a pre `03 manual n i can start teaching my nephew the finer things in life, i.e hot sunny day, in the garage, tinkering with an engine and a few beers. at 13 years old he`s gonna love it ;)
