Halifax account/credit-card management. My credit-card due-date crept forwards last month, incurring me charges when my payment went through on the normal date. Noticed this today when I went online to pay it again, and called them up. Explained the situation, and they put my payment through today over the phone, refunded the charges and changed my due-date to miles in the future so I can pay on payday without fear of payment ever being late.
