Hoping a few of you may remember me from the lost url of sv links.. after passing my test in April, about 3 weeks ago I FINALLY got my bike.

Second hand (1 previous carefull owner) sv650 k3 in Candy Grand Blue CY1, just over 10,000miles - bought for ?2795

And let me tell you, i'm in love, ok it may of been raining the first week or so of having it but now the suns here tearing open that throttle and hearing it roar is like no other experience I can recall, its excitement, anxiety, and adrenaline all rolled into one happy little package. Unfortunaly im still tame by the more experienced biker standards but then that's my own personal thrill.

Was wondering if theres people on this forum who live in or around the Merseyside area up for weekly ride outs, even staying within Merseyside will suffice, I ask because i know 2 other ppl who have bikes. One is always busy when am free and vice versa (when we ride out we do have a blast) and the other is working pretty much all the time, so basically i need more buddies! pref with a lil more experience so i can take advantage of their lead and get my cornering nailed (only part tht still worries me at speed)

If not then hoping i'll catch you at a bike rally one summers night, oh and ofc, i gotta show off the goods

still got a to do list to sort out;
-tail tidy
-rear seat cowl
-belly pan
-stubby race can (scorpion extreme or remus powercone)
-micro rear lights
-R6 throw throttle (perhaps)

Its all i ask for in a first bike, LOVES IT!

Hmm... What's wrong with the frame? It's all angular and pointy??

;) Just kidding, it's a beautiful bike! Glad to hear you're in love and have joined the hordes of SV-ers.
