You need some software to rip the movie to MP4 that then you can import into Itunes.
This is what I've got

I found a few freeware versions but they either crashed or the interface on them was so disgusting I gave up with them.

I'm guessing you have the DVD version of the film, and want to rip that to your computer. What AV software do you have already (if any)?
Take a look here... http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/ for just one of the many many ways to do it.

Handbrake is the best for this, and it's free!:

You take the top of your hard drive off and rubb the movie on it.

Depends on how hard you rub and how long the movie is, five minutes vigorous should do a hours movie...

Of course you also need to factor in the certification, the frequency of the drive, and just how hard it was in the first place!;-)

Seconded.
Handbrake is what most people use for converting movies for iTunes / iPods / iPhones. It works very well and, as Luke says, is free.
