Relevance of white slip of paper?

Hey people

I arrived home and found a white slip of paper on my door mat(edited). First thoughts I wondered if it was the window cleaner saying he'd done his duties, but they're still mucky so I guess not.

However, I have heard that this does in fact have some relevance, and I'll try and be as PC as possible. Rightly or wrongly I am told that this has some relevance to the BNP/NF and that this may be a message suggesting either-

a. we've seen you covorting with ethnic minorities, and we're watching you / we disapprove
b. an invitation to join such an organisation

Now I don't know how true this is, but I would like to know either way as I don't want to be panicing my wife with half truths if it's something completely innocent.

Perhaps I'm paranoid? Or perhaps my window cleaner is trying to pull a fast one on me? But if anyone knows whether this does indeed have a meaning please do share.

I had a series of menus etc which had been popped through my letterbox, nearest thing I get to mail after utility bills anyway.

It's not a postie thing. I'm a postie and my bag gets divided up into bundles with the infamous red laccy bands round them. No strips of paper.

Thankfully up here we don't have much call for BNP activity. I never heard of the white strip of paper thing. Is that what they do? Sometimes I'm ashamed to be human.

Seriously though, it probably came through with the menus, I used to deliver free papers and menus for a bit of extra money when I was a kid and you get a blank bit of paper as a separator every 50-100 sheets.

BNP active in my neighbourhood too, but usually put leaflets though about "community meetings", complaining about immigrants or inviting you to meet Nick Griffin. I shouldn't worry about it, if they have a problem with you they are not known for their subtlety. I've heard of them putting much worse things on or through people's doors.

I only changed the original post as it mentioned that it came in with the mail.

I don't know whether it's an urban myth myself, it's one of those things I was told by a friend, who's friend had a similar occurance and a friend of his told him that this is what it meant. Or some connection like that anyway.

It was the size of a business card, and was on the doormat as if it had been posted. If nobody's heard of it, might be another one of those Store High In Transit type myths.

Actually he told me the truth about them - what it is, is that when aliens come to take people away for experimentation, they mark the houses by posting a piece of paper through the door. Depending on the colour of the paper, you will be taken from a different place - e.g. for blue, you will be taken whilst walking the dog as dusk approaches and your dog has stopped for a dump.

White, on the other hand - an interesting one that dates back to when aliens first started visiting Earth. They became fascinated by Top Gear; as a result, white means that you will be taken as the Top Gear credits roll, generally at 9pm. Obviously if you are watching a repeat it won't happen, that's just silly! :smt120

The size of the piece of paper dictates how long you will be gone, although I am unsure of the exact measures (information is quite limited on these things as you might imagine, and only passed on by word of mouth). Suffice to say if it's business card size you shouldn't be gone long - tell your family to prepare for 2 days, 3 at the most.

I agree with some of their Policies yes, not the blatant racist ones.Just because i think some of the things they say are true does not make me a racist befor any one starts bleeting on about that. They are far to extreme and racist for even me. And i am not going to appologise for holding those views.

My business cards often have blank pieces of paper between them. I reckon a blank one got posted rather than a card from the local Taxi firm. No worrys IMO. Interesting myth?

As for my stance on Islam, Ok i should have said the Radical part of the religion is where my beef is.

90% of the religion is good honest law obiding peeps jut like the rest of us. However as you are well aware there is a hardcore of fanatics who have hidden behind Islam as a shield for their actions. It is this part the Radical part of Islam i despise and concider responsible for a lot of the worlds problems. This radical part of Islam is in-mature and a lot like the fanatics of the christian middle ages, burning anyone who was either non protostant or Catholic (depending on the ruling monarc at the time)

I Am not Racist and dont care if you are bloody Black, white yellow, red or any other dam colour!! if you are an ars* i wont like you regardless.
