Has it started yet?
Is it the Olympics?
Will there be candy-floss?
I f**king hate the Olympics. F**k all on TV for a month or something except poxy athletics. Just when I'm getting Sky HD installed all they'll be on to watch is running.

No interest, Never had in any of them.
It's sport but not as I know it.
Since Hitler's olympics they have all been political. These ones are the worse. China should never have been allowed to host them.

Funny thing is that Manchester couldnt apply for the Olympics even after a storming commonwealth games some years ago because apparently Manchester isnt a capital city, when were Atlanta and L.A made capital cities then ?
Not much interest in most of it.......
I will however watch the events I have friends in.
Canoe/Kayak Slalom
Swimming
BMX is definately in this year.

Really glad its on, its only once every 4 years and if you really dont like it you can switch you tv off. Anyway there is barley anything worth watching on at the moment.
Personally its nice to see the minority sports getting some tv coverage

Not that interested myself, but I do object to being invited to pay for the 2012 London Olympics without the option to reply.

Don't panic. 'Cos it's in China, it should only be on overnight.
I might watch some, if there's nothing else on, and Pete isn't here to moan about me watching it:D

There will be plenty of that in London in four years too.

Personally I really enjoy watching the Olympics regardless of the sport. It only comes round every 4 years so its not like they ram it down our throats. Find it just as interesting in any other international sport.
Hovis yeah we do stand a good chance in BMX, there is a girl but I forget her name but she has been world champion in bmx for quite a few years so yeah come on bmx girl.

Though it will be interesting if any "epic fails" happen.
Already had the f###ing hilarious torch ceremony, fire extinguisher? Someone buy that man a beer!

Beijing....just wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong.
Even mother nature has offered her protests against the venue
Green slime in the sea
Typhoon for the dressage
Thick Mist for the opening ceremony,
She'll probably keep throwing her two penneth in too, but it'll fall on deaf ears like the rest of the protests against China being host
I dont think itll clash with the TV much, as most of it is on interactive.
Im not a big athletics fan but all the same I just like watching a bit of Sport on TV. Ill probably watch some of the more obscure stuff
