Does anyone else go stir-crazy when left on their own for a while?
My flatmate's buggered off for the weekend, and all of my friends were busy today, so I've got out and done a few bits and bobs, but not really talked to anyone, and now I'm starting to go very slightly more insane than normal...
I like not talking to people :D
I used to love not talking to people, but recently if I've not had a conversation in more than 24 hours I go insane!
I grew up with 4 sisters as well as my parents. I appreciate my alone, talking-to-nobody time :)

I really can deal with my own company (I like the space and peace and quiet!), but yeah- after a few days indoors (got a studio flat- 1 main room plus kitchen and bathroom), I do start climbing the walls, even with so much stuff around to occupy me.
Doing something simple like going for a long walk is very therapeutic- even if your still 'enjoying' your own company. I even go for a spin on the bike to Boxhill when it's about the end of the riding day or raining, just to get out and get some air.
Or if you've got a local, pop in and chat to the regulars- it's bound to be entertaining at least (if my local is anything to go by!)

My jobs quite stressy and I get pestered alot with questions etc etc and I like the peace and quiet of just my own company now and again. I go a bit loopy if I dont get downtime.

Locals in Warrington are any places you can go in to without being stabbed :thumleft:

Can't be that bad! Just stand in the shadows and watch- like I said- Entertainment!

Isn't that called stalking?
It's not Thursday, so no stalking for me ;)

Aha- you can't beat a good stab-stalk any day of the week!
Sadly, it rarely kicks off in my local these days- dull dull dull!
I once had this conversation with my Pa in my local-
Pa- "It's busy here today"
Me-" Yeah- the golf lot are in"
Pa- "None of them are normal, though, are they- it's like that bar out of Star Wars"
Had me in fits! I've often wanted to hand them a CD with the 2 Star Wars cantina tunes on. I doubt anyone would get it, though.
Hicks had a way of describing it-
"Their eyes are so close together, the left eye is in the right socket and the right eye in the left socket"
"Hey! What you readin' f'r?"

Use the t'internet what it was meant for in the first place...p...o...r..n. You could've lost a stone by Monday morning :-D.
If I lose a stone by Monday morning I wouldn't be able to ride any more...the wind-blast would carry me away from the bike :P
