Hey, come to think of it we could save a shed-load of dosh for 2012 simply by editing together all the good bits from the last few Olympics and forget all the building business.

Opening ceremony from Sydney, weather from Athens, we could even have the terrorist stuff from Munich if the government wants to add some self-justification carp.........

how do you fake fireworks?

You do the fireworks by edit the footage afterwards to make it look more glorious, as this was pre-shot video anything could have been done.
