I told you monkeys to bring me back lots of photos - after having missed this for various reason for two years now... and having now sold the BlueBlade I need to live my life vicariously.

I want explainations...

... and I want them now...

... or as soon as you can - either will do. ;)

But until then, did everyone get back safe and bikes in one piece this year?

I've got a few photos - not many of us I'm afraid, they're mostly of Ferrari Enzo's, ridiculous Porsche's, big Beemers, Pagani Zonda's, a Desmosedici and my bike.

But I have a few which I'll post when I get home!

Regarding the overall lack of photo's, Chris took loads on his nice Nikon D80 on Saturday night. Then on Sunday as we were travelling South, the camera decided it no longer wanted to be in his possession and jumped out of his rucksack at about 90mph. In the fast lane of the Autoroute. :(

Fair play to Chris, he shrugged it off. I'd have cried and gone home :-s

I'm definitely going to rig up a subtle onboard cam for next year :D

I want to go next year lol....Already told the lady of the house and she is planning to book a shopping trip to milan at the same time out of spite.

If you have travel insurance or you get travel insurance free with your bank account then the camera should have been covered.

I think he said it was covered - hope so.

Unfortunately his mate's video camera also came out :(. He went back to check to see if there was any chance of recovering anything. But there was just bits of black metal / plastic all over the road, no recognisable body / lens or anything :(

I'm glad one of us didn't run over it though (7 of us riding in a group and he was in front at the time). I would have been worried that it would have been fine when it landed but it was me that smashed it up.

Very unfortunate incident.

The amount of people that are wanting to go next year we might have to run two trips! I'm definitely going to go (unless I lose my job or something!)
