Seeing as the topic has already been raised, I thought I'd put the poll up now.

Oooh, I posted before the poll... Sweet. I'll be there with a tyre hopefully.

I have no excuse not to turn up ( Unless I eat some dodgy cheese again) as my daughter is off sailing in Greece with her mum

On second thoughts, maybe not me! Although I now have my debit card, I'm pretty broke until payday!

Grinch

See those that can laters... ;-)

Stig

Well I still plan on being there tonight. I'll even be on the SV. :o

Only 'cause the Honda refused to start this morning after not being started for a whole 4 days. Grrrr.

Grinch

I'm currently hating my oxford hot grips that refused to say on.

ogden

I'll be missing this one for sure now - free dinner at Butlers Wharf, hard to say no.

Stig

What you need are Gerbing heated gloves. I can't believe we are discussing winter biking issues already.

Grinch

Lol, I think I might just rewire my own switch, it seems to be related to there annoying feature of turning over when they think the voltage gets below a level.

Why would you need heated grips at the moment? Big jessie!

When I rode home late Friday (it was dark too) it was getting nippy, as I had my summergloves on, so rather then stop I tried the grips... And they didn't work... :p

Okay, I forgive you. Coming back from Castle Coombe it got a tad nipply.

Anyway, erm, I probably won't be there tonight. Shame, I've forgotten what you all look like. Except Grinch, those images are burned onto my retina's! :p

You need to change your location to 'firmly in the GM never going back to to TV'.

Grinch
19-08-08, 01:28 PM
Nah, he never goes there either...

Want me to send you some special photos Dan???

Grinch

On second thoughts, seen as it's stopped raining I may come. I can always bang some fuel and a pint on my credit card and pay it back next month, when it definately will be raining!!

I like your thinking Sam. Positive Mental Attitude. You'll go far my boy.

Can't make it tonight- had a few drinks when I got home from work, so couldn't really ride up after.

Stig
19-08-08, 11:07 PM
Well you could have. Wether you would have made it there and back without either getting nicked or crashing is another question.

sam anon

Sorry for my non-attendance, blame it on the credit crunch, and weather!

Grinch
20-08-08, 08:42 AM
Well those that I did see, hello... and nice to see you all again.

And as I said Simon, your be getting a PM from me at some point. ;-)

Oi. I am in the middle and I don't see the GM much either. Things have got tighter than a ducks nether regions at the moment. :( I'm sure it will improve before long and then I can return to bugging you lot and eating burgers!
