Just renewed mine at £260................

..........but that's for 4 bikes all 650+, european breakdown, legal assist, protected no-claim fully comp, all singing+dancing............

It's about the only advantage of getting older. :(

Kinell!

Mine was 540 last renewal (no no claims discount)- I'm hoping for it to drop considerably this year - over 35, first year no claims (fingers crossed!) and just done BikeSafe. As long as the underwriter doesn't take the 3 pts into account!

I have 5 points, and 2 accidents and only 1 years NC, i think my low premium (£75) must be cos i of where i live.

Just renewed mine recently too, 6 points, 3years no claims, FC, legal assist, breakdown & EU cover for 90 days, £160.

Caveat: If the bike is stolen within 1mile of my house, and it wasn't in my garage at the time, insurance does not cover theft. :(

i paid 280 tpft for the sv.

I then got the z750 and was told the iinsurnace was 210 but because i paid in full Bennetts would not give me a refund for the difference. they said it was company policy?

I wont be insuring with them next year!!!!

1 year NC, 29 (at start of policy), 3 points, no accidents and the same stipulateion as Baph about distance from home and garage (luckily my address is more than a mile away from the insured address) £107

213 quid fully comp for all 5 bikes, and that's with 3 points and an accident in January - that nearly wrote my SV off - which includes a personal injury claim against me that's ongoing.

I got my no claims protected in the end. Rocketed up to £87.

Think I need a sugary tea for the shock.

Old? I'm only 25...:D

EDIT: Oh yea, as part of the legal assist on my insurance, they try & recover the cost of "uninsured losses" - basically my textiles/leathers/helmet/gloves/phone/MP3 player/camera.... you get the point. :)
